Your first three jobs are free, with every feature included. After that it is £12 a month, however many jobs, quotes, certificates and invoices you run through it.

Everything is included

• EIC, EICR and Minor Works certificates with on-site reading checks
• Quotes your customer accepts by tapping a link, with optional deposits
• Invoices sent with the certificate attached, plus automatic reminders
• Retest pipeline: every EICR due date becomes booked work
• Job photos, your own price list, customer history

Leaving is free too

Cancel any month. Every certificate and invoice exports as a standard PDF on your way out, because they are your documents.

Is there a free trial?

How much does SparkCerts cost after the free jobs?

12 pounds a month for the whole firm, however many jobs, certificates and invoices you run through it. There is no per-user fee and no contract.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel any month from Settings. Every certificate and invoice exports as a standard PDF, because they are your documents.
